Due to a maintenance downtime of one our service providers, we might not be able to scale our infrastructure as usual on Saturday 2018-08-25 from 6pm UTC. Our service provider anticipates a downtime of 15 to 45 minutes. The limitation in scaling might lead to content generations taking longer as usual and our APIs could be less responsive during high load. Since the load on platform is normally low during this time period, we expect only minor limitations for our customers.
Our regular SLAs should not be affected by the maintenance. If you have further questions or require texts being generated quickly during the mentioned time period, please contact our support.
